Ground Support Equipment Specs.

Description

Ground Support Equipment is necessary for pre-flight tests. These include tests on pressure gauges and voltage and current outputs from the instruments and data lines. GSE is also in charge of test plans and procedures to ensure proper functionality and to satisfy safety test requirements.

Design Requirements

The Ground Support Equipment must provide :

Test equipment (defined by instruments and subsystems).
Physical interfaces for test equipment (adaptors and connectors).
Electrical interfaces from test equipment (analog / digital).
A means of verifying that data is within set parameters (calibration).
Monitoring / recording facility.
