CONCLUSION

We therefore grant Ltd's motion for summary judgement on Count 1 (breach of contract) and order USA to pay damages in the amount of $206,181.40, plus prejudgment interest (at the prime rate) from the due dates of the invoices. In addition, we grant Ltd's motion for a preliminary injunction (1) preventing USA's continued use of an identical product designation system or otherwise misrepresenting in any way that products, goods and services not approved or authorized by Ltd are approved or authorized by Ltd and (2) preventing USA's continued use of the "nav-aidsltd.com"  and "navaidsltd.com" domain names and ordering USA to transfer said domain names to Ltd pending resolution of this matter on the merits.
